Account data: name, email, phone number, role (client or provider), and profile details such as suburb and service categories.
Usage data: job requests, messages, reviews, praises, support tickets, device type, and log data needed to secure the Platform.
Verification data: identity and address documents submitted by providers for trust checks.
3. How we use information
We use data to operate the Platform, match clients with providers, process wallet credits, send notifications, and improve safety.
We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics for analytics and product development.
4. Sharing with others
Profile information you choose to publish (name, listings, reviews) is visible to other users as part of the marketplace.
We share data with service providers (hosting, SMS, analytics) under contracts that require appropriate safeguards.
We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the Platform.
5. Retention and security
We retain information while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes.
